Know which report you will receive

Every calibration comes with a report that identifies the equipment checked, the date of the work and the recorded results. The equipment or serial number lets you match the report to the tool or machine on your register.

Our calibrations are NATA-traceable: the reference equipment we use is itself calibrated by NATA-accredited laboratories. If your customer or contract asks for a particular certificate, send us the wording before you book and we'll confirm what's available for your equipment.

How to book

Start by sending us the equipment details.

1. Send the details

Send the equipment type, make, model, quantity and location.

2. Get a quote

We confirm the service and send a quote.

3. Agree on the date

Agree on the date and whether the work is at your site or ours.

4. Receive your report

Receive the report included in the agreed work.

At your site or at our workshop?

We offer onsite and workshop options. Welding machines and equipment that can't easily be moved can be checked at your site. Portable tools such as torque wrenches can be dropped off or sent in.

Tell us where the equipment is and whether it can be moved. We confirm the location, access and timing before the job is booked.

Experience with equipment like yours

Our technicians work across the equipment used in fabrication, construction, manufacturing, warehousing, energy and marine work, from hand measuring tools and torque wrenches to pressure gauges, flow meters and welding machines.

If you have a mix of equipment, send the whole list. We'll work out what we can check, in what order, and which report each item needs.
